Nestlé Culinary Milks campaign: building bones and adding flavour

South African cuisine is as varied as the people and cultures living within it and Nestlé has been contributing to these meals since 1937. The Nestlé Culinary Milks “Add Your Special Touch” campaign took inspiration from this diversity and highlights not only the various uses of its Culinary Milks range, but the special touches they add to South Africa’s favourite weekday dishes as well as treats made over occasions such as Easter, Diwali, Ramadan and Christmas. These include the likes of: peppermint crisp tart, trifle and spaghetti bolognese.

Nestlé appealed to South Africa’s culinary appetite with a series of four TV commercials, demonstrating the versatility of Culinary Milks in both sweet and savoury dishes. It exposed consumers all over the country to new and exciting recipes, as well as various innovative ways to use the Culinary Milks range and spread the love.

The campaign has been featured on SABC 1, 2 and 3, as well as eTV and DSTV Additionally, it has a strong following on Facebook revealing its consumers affinity with such content.

The Nestlé campaign brought, and continues to bring, great recipes to people all over the country, facilitating the creation of great local food, a love of South Africa’s diverse cultures and a campaign that fully demonstrates the versatility of the Culinary Milks range.
