#Underthehood is Publicis Machine’s annual graduate programme. The most talented advertising and design school grads are invited to get a look ‘under the hood’ of the agency by participating in an afternoon/ evening of real agency life. The 28 selected grads are broken into teams where they compete on four different briefs, coming up with business and creative solutions to real client challenges. The best grads are then offered a full year-long paid internship at Publicis Machine for the following year.
